Responsibilities: Direct, control, and maintain inventory levels of finished goods and raw materials across all Chem-Trend North American facilities and warehouses . Lead, coach, and develop the inventory control team through training, performance feedback , and day-to-day guidance . Monitor and maintain inventory control KPIs, including scrapped material, aged inventory (2+ months), obsolete, nonconforming, and slow-moving inventory . Monitor off-site finished goods inventories to ensure compliance with shelf-life requirements. Lead the month-end reconciliation process for finished goods and raw materials across all North American facilities and external warehouses. Plan and coordinate annual physical inventory activities.…
