Responsibilities: Lead process improvement projects from concept through implementation, managing timelines, budgets, resources, and risks to achieve operational goals. Optimize PTFE compounding, extrusion, and related manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, and cost performance. Analyze manufacturing data, identify trends, and use insights to drive process stability, reduce waste, and improve overall equipment effectiveness. Troubleshoot production challenges, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to execute cross-functional process improvement initiatives.…
