Responsibilities: Measure, weigh, and mix raw materials according to detailed formulas and production specifications using scales and computerized systems. Operate rubber mixing equipment and monitor temperature, batch timing, and recipe accuracy to ensure consistent product quality. Run milling equipment, including monitoring, cutting, and completing milling cycles in accordance with established procedures. Sheet, stack, and handle rubber compounds both manually and with automated equipment. Maintain accurate production records, including material usage, batch data, and inventory transactions in SAP or other systems.…
