About the Role:
We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Recruiting Coordinator to support the full recruiting lifecycle across the business. You'll be the operational backbone of our Talent Acquisition function - keeping candidates, hiring managers, and interview processes moving smoothly and on schedule. This is a great fit for someone who loves creating order out of complexity, thrives on fast-paced coordination work, and wants to build deep expertise in recruiting operations and our ATS (Greenhouse).
Specific Responsibilities:
Schedule and coordinate interviews across multiple time zones, calendars, and interview panels, adjusting quickly when plans change…
