The mission of our Project Coordinator Academy is to identify early talent and develop you to become Fortrea’ s leaders of the future. The PC Academy, prepares entry-level Project Coordinators to take on critical client-facing tasks as co-pilots to PMs, enabling them to build client trust and support successful project delivery. Through training, mentorship, tool mastery, and structured accountability, PCs gain the expertise and professionalism needed to interact effectively with clients and take ownership of client deliverables.
