We are hiring a People Process & AI Automation Specialist to design, simplify, and automate how our global Human Resources department operates across tools, processes, and service delivery to ensure a best-in-class employee experience. In this role, initially your focus will be getting the operational fundamentals right - mapping end-to-end employee journeys, eliminating friction, and standardizing core processes. In parallel, you will use everyday AI tools (like Claude and Gemini) to help our teams work smarter and faster with our customer - employee in mind.…
