G MASS Consulting are partnered with a leading Hedge Fund, as they seek a Control Room professional to join its global Compliance function in London. This role is ideal for a compliance business analyst who combines hands-on Control Room experience with strong data and process skills. The role has a combination of BAU Control Room responsibilities, including restriction list management and position limit monitoring, as well as process and data improvement initiatives to strengthen controls, data quality, and automation. Equally important is mindset. The team is small, fast-moving, and highly commercial, and the successful candidate will be someone who takes ownership from day one, works without hand-holding, and actively looks for ways to make the control environment better.…
