Team Leader – Automotive Manufacturing (1st Shift) Location: Sterling Heights, MI (Near Van Dyke & 18½ Mile Road) Shift: 1st Shift Pay: $20.00 per hour Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and dependable Team Leader to join our automotive manufacturing team in Sterling Heights. This role is responsible for leading a team of production associates, ensuring quality standards are met, maintaining production schedules, and promoting a safe and productive work environment. The ideal candidate has prior manufacturing leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lead by example on the production floor.
