Role: Operations Clerk Location: Hong Kong We want you in our team ! Could you be our new Operations Clerk, based in Hong Kong? Reporting to: Operations Manager Department / Team: Logistics Employment Type: Full Time What would your day at GAC look like? Independently liaising with agents/customers for instructions by email / telephone / other communication means Handling a full set of air/ocean freight export/import processes, coordinating with relevant parties (sub-contractors, carriers, customer and agents) for cargo pickup, delivery, cost estimation. Building/maintaining strong contacts with suppliers / terminals / carriers. Communicating effectively with commercial teams, operation teams, and internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, and service commitments.…
