Contexte : Dans le cadre d'un surcroit d'activité, la Direction stratégie et développement/executive education recherche un/une: Coordinateur/ Coordinatrice de pédagogie et programme F/H (CDD à temps plein) Ce que nous attendons de vous: Gérer la mise en œuvre organisationnelle et opérationnelle du portefeuille de cours, la planification (besoins en salles, matériels et équipements) Gestion administrative des cohortes : inscrire les participants/ participantes aux cours, accueillir, guider et conseiller les apprenants/apprenantes et intervenants/intervenantes Participer à la satisfaction des participants/ participantes , être leur premier point de contact du programme (accueil physique, téléphone, messagerie) et prendre en charge leurs demandes ou les orienter vers le contact adéquat Suivi…
