About the Role The A/V Lead Technician is responsible for delivering reliable, high-quality audio-visual support across our Events and other High-Profile meetings, conference rooms and overall A/V technology footprint, and client and business facing Zoom systems and accounts. This role serves as a key operational resource for daily A/V service delivery, including Event Support, incident response, A/V system maintenance, Zoom environment support, and conference room readiness.
