Summary Under the direction of the Water/Wastewater Utilities Manager, the person in this role is responsible for supervising, directing, and coordinating various operational tasks. The Water/Wastewater Utilities Superintendent is responsible for overseeing maintenance and repair of the water distribution and wastewater collection system. This includes staffing, budget management, monitoring, reporting on performance and efficiency measures, and ensuring regulatory compliance. The Superintendent also works with vendors, contractors, engineers, and other City departments to ensure projects are completed, and workflow is maintained.
