About the role: The Insights and Product Analytics team (IPA) organization is responsible for business performance of all research products and performs analysis related to all aspects of Gartner’s Business and Technology Insights business unit. The Retention Analytics and Applied IVR team within IPA is at the forefront of harnessing the latest analytics and AI advancements to define paths to higher client retention. The team leads analytics across several fronts spanning content, interactions, conferences and all other Gartner client facing assets.
