Location Fargo Corporate Office Job Description: Gate City Bank is now hiring a full-time Loan Servicing Representative at our Fargo Downtown Corporate Office. This position provides prompt and accurate service related to personal, mortgage, and business loans in accordance with Gate City Bank’s values, policies, and procedures as described below. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Maintain knowledge of loan attributes to complete data entry, provide information and authorize adjustments when necessary such as waiving late fees, reversing payments, or changing due dates.
