About this role
We’re looking for motivated, engaged people to help make everyone’s journeys better. Leading a team of HR Administrators, you'll oversee end-to-end HR administration across the full employee lifecycle. From hiring and contract amendments to pay reviews, family leave and benefits. You'll ensure enquiries are resolved promptly and accurately, drive continuous improvement, and act as a trusted deputy, taking the reins in the HRSS Manager's absence. Beyond the day-to-day, you'll support HR projects and system enhancements (we use Workday), produce management reporting, and ensure compliance with employment legislation and GDPR.…
