About this role

Under general supervision, provides direct patient care to assigned patients. GBMC Health Partners at Joppa Road is looking for a RN with experience in EPIC and primary care practice operations to support practice physicians, by triaging patient messages in EPIC inbaskets. This vital support role will communicate with patients and providers to address non-clinical patient requests. They will also field clinical request (within the scope of their license). This work will optimize patient care and enable physicians to practice at the top of license and avoid unnecessary administrative duties. Education: Associate Degree from an accredited School of Nursing required; BSN preferred. Bachelor’s degree required within 3.5 years of start date.…
