ED Patient Access Representative - Evenings - Full-Time

Under general supervision, interviews Emergency Department patients to obtain necessary information, prepare admission/registration forms, gather insurance information and perform other clerical/computer operational tasks related to the admission of inpatients and outpatients coming into our Medical Center.Education: High School Diploma or GED Licensures/Certifications: CHAA Preferred Experience: 1 to 2 years related experience preferred. 6 months to 1 year working in an Emergency Department preferred. Completion of a Medical Terminology class preferred.
