Deine Aufgaben Als Customer Success Engineer (m/w/d) bist Du die zentrale Ansprechperson für technische Fragestellungen unserer Kunden rund um die BIC Platform. Du unterstützt unsere Kunden bei der Analyse und Lösung technischer Herausforderungen, koordinierst die Bearbeitung komplexer Anfragen mit unseren internen Fachbereichen und trägst dazu bei, eine hohe Kundenzufriedenheit sicherzustellen.
