Job Description Summary As a FLIGHT DECK Intern, you will support lean transformation efforts in an Aerospace MRO environment by partnering with FLIGHT DECK specialists, operations and engineers to improve flow, workplace organization, and shopfloor execution. You will gain hands-on experience with 5S, Daily Visual Management, Standard Work, data collection and analysis, and continuous improvement activities.
