Job Description Summary The Leader, Talent Products is responsible for the product vision, strategy, and end-to-end value delivery across Talent products and experiences, including solutions that support Talent Acquisition, Talent Management (career development, performance, succession planning), and Learning teams. You will identify trends and opportunities for improvement and leverage your expertise to lead collaboration across operations teams, working closely with product COE members and Digital Technology (DT).
