Job Description Summary The Partner Compensation Operations Process Improvement Leader drives efficiency and quality in the payment and recovery of compensation to our Strategic Partners. This role designs, implements, and evaluates end-to-end Partner compensation processes and systems, ensuring accurate and timely payments and recoveries, compliance with contractual terms, and fulfillment of reporting requirements for Risk and Revenue Share Partners (RRSPs).
