Job Description Summary We are searching for a design engineer to join the Assembly and Testing team. A Tooling engineer is responsible to provide engineering solutions and design, improve or re-design Special Tooling need among others to assemble, disassemble, test and transport Aviation Commercial Engines or engine piece parts. He/She collaborates globally to gather information from main stakeholders such as assembly and overhaul shops and engine hardware engineers to satisfy Customer´s needs. He/She develops secure, functional and ergonomic mechanisms while on the same path shall perform analyses to evaluate the developed designs using engineering design principles, General Electric Aviation Standards and particular procedures.…
