About this role

Buscamos un/a Field Service Engineer especializado/a en refrigeración para unirse a nuestro equipo de Servicio. Esta persona será responsable de proporcionar soporte técnico a nuestros clientes directos (instaladores e integradores), asegurando una experiencia de servicio excelente y actuando como puente entre cliente y nuestras fábricas (R&D y producción). Se trata de un perfil técnico de campo, con alta orientación al cliente, que combine conocimiento técnico con habilidades de comunicación y disponibilidad para viajar. Responsibilities / Tasks Proporcionar soporte técnico (y no técnico) a empresas instaladoras e integradoras que trabajan con nuestros equipos.
