Responsibilities / Tasks Kompleksowa obsługa klientów i autoryzowanych dealerów GEA Farm Technologies w zakresie realizacji zamówień, udzielania informacji o statusie zamówień oraz dostępności produktów. Przyjmowanie, weryfikacja i przetwarzanie zamówień sprzedażowych, w tym tworzenie zamówień specjalnych oraz koordynacja ich realizacji. Planowanie i organizacja dostaw krajowych oraz międzynarodowych, z dbałością o terminowość, optymalizację kosztów i wysoką jakość obsługi klienta. Wystawianie faktur handlowych, zaliczkowych i korygujących oraz kontrola poprawności danych, cen i rabatów.
