Job Description Summary The Senior Manufacturing Business Leader is accountable for end-to-end performance of a defined business unit within the plant, leading all aspects of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC). In this role, you will be responsible for deploying and sustaining lean operating principles and the FLIGHT DECK mindset within the value stream, developing people, standardizing processes, and driving continuous improvement to meet customer, business, and regulatory requirements.
