Job Description Summary Responsável por fornecer treinamento e suporte técnico e clínico para nossos clientes na América Latina, com foco nas grandes contas do Brasil. Cuidar da jornada deste cliente desde o processo de instalação, durante o treinamento e o pós-venda, para as modalidades de Mamografia e Densimetria Óssea. As responsabilidades incluem contato antecipado com o cliente, controle dos contatos do cliente, mapeamento dos principais replicadores e influenciadores, treinamento e pós-venda, atividades de atendimento, revisão de material educacional para a plataforma de Educação, demonstração e suporte contínuo relacionado à aplicação de equipamentos, incluindo treinamento no local e suporte remoto.…
