About this role

Job Description Summary The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will support the Manufacturing Process Engineering team in executing the Mitosis Program, a strategic manufacturing transfer and localization initiative. The role provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing engineering by supporting product transfer, process documentation, validation, equipment and fixture qualification, shop-floor execution, and operator training activities. Working under the guidance of experienced Manufacturing Process Engineers (MPEs), the GET will contribute to ensuring successful manufacturing readiness while developing strong technical and operational capabilities in a regulated manufacturing environment.
