Job Description Summary 生産スケジュールに基づき、サプライヤーおよび社内部門間における資材の流れを調整・加速させるとともに、資材および生産ニーズの計画・スケジューリングを行う。自身の業務品質のみならず、チーム全体の業務にも影響を与える役割を担う。 標準化された業務手順や作業プロセスに従い、日常的なオペレーションおよび技術業務を遂行する。また、業務状況の変化に応じて作業の優先順位や進め方を柔軟に見直し、最適な形で業務を完遂する。 Job Description 職務内容 * 資材の在庫レベルを監視し、在庫管理システムを維持する。 * サプライヤーとの連携、発注、資材のタイムリーな配送を確保する。 * 資材の不足や余剰を特定し、解決策を提案・実行する。 * ロジスティクスプロセスを最適化し、コスト削減と効率向上に貢献する。 * 関連する部門と連携し、資材のニーズと供給の整合性を確保する。 * GEHCの品質基準と規制要件を遵守する。 応募資格 * 大卒以上 * 資材ロジスティクスまたは在庫管理における2年以上の実務経験。 * サプライチェーンソフトウェアおよび在庫管理システムに関する知識。 * 優れた分析スキルと問題解決能力。 * 優れたコミュニケーションスキルと対人関係スキル。 * 日本語と英語でのビジネスレベルの流暢さ。 * GEの企業文化に合致し、チームで働く意欲がある方。 Additional Information Relocation Assistance Provided: No
