Job Description Summary The Procurement Engineering Manager is responsible for driving the successful sourcing strategy and supplier execution for MR New Product Introduction (NPI) programs from concept through launch. This role plays a critical part in supporting high-visibility “lighthouse” MR NPI programs (including Rhea and Magnus), requiring strong technical and sourcing leadership across early design, supplier selection, and production readiness.
