Location: Geisinger Community Medical Center (GCMC) Shift: Days (United States of America) Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Worker Type: Regular Exemption Status: No Job Summary: Full Time; Days 7am - 3:30pm; Monday - Friday; REQUIRES: Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS) AND High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Certification must be obtained through Pennsylvania Certification Board. Job Duties: The Substance Use Navigator is a Certified Recovery Specialist and member of a multidisciplinary team working to address the disease of addiction within treatment programs. The Substance Use Navigator will use their lived experience to initiate a recovery-oriented conversation with persons admitted to the ED and promote a safe non-judgmental engagement to explore treatment options.…
