Job Description Colaborando en desafíos de innovación, interactuando con líderes de la industria, asistiendo a eventos de redes multifuncionales y siendo voluntario para actividades de servicio comunitario. Responsable de Apoyar al equipo de Customer Experience en el análisis de información, seguimiento de métricos y ejecución de proyectos estratégicos, contribuyendo a identificar oportunidades de mejora en servicio al cliente, satisfacción y operación con dealers. La posición también tendrá exposición a distintas áreas dentro de GM, participando en la generación de reportes ejecutivos, análisis de consumidores y planes de acción derivados de la información analizada.…
