Job Description Counsel, GM Asset Management The Role GM is seeking a Counsel, GM Asset Management to support the legal needs of GM Asset Management and its investment management activities. This role will advise on legal issues arising from the management of GM pension assets and retirement-related investment programs, including ERISA, fiduciary, investment, and transactional matters. This role will report to the Director and Lead Counsel, Corporate Finance and will work closely with GM Asset Management Leadership and stakeholders across Legal, Compliance , Controllership and Operations to deliver practical, business-oriented legal advice .
