Job Description Work Modality: This position requires to work 3x times a week at office. The Design Release Engineer leads the release of electrical parts and subsystems for production, managing requirements, design maturity, validation, changes, and production readiness across vehicle programs. As the primary interface between GM, suppliers, and internal functions, the engineer ensures compliance with applicable standards and achieves safety, quality, cost, timing, performance, and warranty targets. The role combines technical leadership, program management, and data-driven problem solving to resolve complex issues and deliver strategic solutions.
