Job Description The Role General Motors is at the forefront of the transformation of automotive through the electrification of our portfolio and the development of leading-edge central compute and autonomous capabilities. Our Central Compute Hardware (CCH) Mechanical Design team is a dynamic, high-energy group focused on developing enclosures for next-generation Electronic Control Units (ECUs) shared across future ICE and EV vehicle programs. The team is responsible for the mechanical, EMI, and thermal design of compute-related electronics using first-principles engineering, CAD, and analysis while collaborating closely with GM vehicle integration teams, in-house electrical design teams, and external suppliers.…
