Job Description Work Arrangement: This role is categorized as onsite. this means the successful candidate to report to the GM office full time. The Role: Manage end-to-end supplier quality activities, ensuring supplier performance, product compliance, and effective resolution of quality issues through structured problem-solving methodologies and continuous improvement initiatives. What You'll Do: 1. Incoming Supplier Quality Management Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (PPM, defect rates, SBR, QPR). Review incoming quality concerns and ensure immediate containment at the plant. Support sorting, rework, and controlled shipping activities (CS1/CS2). 2.
