Job Description DUTIES: Manage a group of engineers to develop and deliver control software in C and MATLAB/Simulink for various hardware components within the thermal systems, on schedule. Lead development of automated test scripts to continuously verify the functional capability of software for airflow controls, coolant systems, and refrigerant systems. Support HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop) testing and scripting efforts for the development of thermal control systems software. Proactively prevent issues, contain critical problems quickly, implement final fixes, and institutionalize corrective actions to eliminate systemic issues. Supervises 7 subordinates; 1 Software Engineer, 2 Senior Software Engineers, 1 Scrum Lead, and 3 Software Developers.…
