By restructuring the business for profitability and investing in new products and market opportunities, the region is well positioned for sustainable growth into the future. The GMI FP&A long-term team supports the GM International region and drives impact through the annual budget and long-term planning process, in addition to various special studies related to risk management, business performance analysis, competitive benchmarking, cost analysis and various ad-hoc strategic projects.
