About this role

Job Description We are seeking a strong, people-centered leader to serve as our Maintenance and Engineering Manager in both our Battery RESS and Paint Shop areas. In this role, you will lead a large group of salaried maintenance group leaders and technical support personnel responsible for project evaluation, planning and timing, operations, and the maintenance and repair of plant equipment and facilities. This position requires a high level of technical judgment, creativity, and discernment in decision-making. The successful candidate will work independently within the limits of GMS while driving results across Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE).…
