About this role

Job Description The Role: We are seeking an experienced Sr. Issue Resolution Engineer–Brake Controls to join the Chassis Controls organization. This role is focused on executing brake controls investigations, driving PRTS issue resolution, and working with cross-functional partners to deliver timely, permanent solutions for our customers. The Sr. Resolution Engineer will work across plant, field, and development issues, performing detailed data analysis, designing and running tests, and documenting root cause and corrective actions in alignment with established processes. This role will be a key member of the product quality team, executing investigation plans, contributing to troubleshooting methods, and supporting the setup and operation of the team’s scrum ways of working.…
