SUMMARY The Account Representative I is primarily responsible for building or expanding their book of business through converting competitors' business and expanding their assigned medium-sized accounts to become large accounts. This role fosters customer satisfaction by maintaining customer contact and managing customer expectations. JOB DUTIES Increases revenue and profitability through generation of new business and further development of existing accounts. Generates new leads by networking, cold calling, researching various directories and internet sites.
