Job Responsibilities Job Description The Security Floor Manager is responsible for assisting the Director of Security and Security Manager in managing security operations; and, ensuring the safety of all guests, employees and company assets inside the facility as well as on the facility grounds. The Security Floor Manager is responsible for managing team members and directing daily operations, exercising independent judgment in staffing, scheduling, performance management, and enforcement of company policies.
