About this role

Our Opportunity GPJ is hiring an Estimating Manager to join our growing team. This role is on-site, requiring you to report to one of the following office locations a minimum of 5 days per week: Las Vegas, Nashville, or Detroit. Your Role You are the Estimating Manager, and you play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating all of our estimating personnel and activities. Your main focus is on ensuring accuracy and top-notch quality while maximizing our margins in various areas, such as fabrication, refurbishment, graphics, and special projects. You will lead by setting an example for the team, and you will bring with you a strong background in fabrication. You are skilled at interpreting conceptual designs and bidding information, no matter how it's presented.…
