About this role

Our Opportunity GPJ is hiring a Producer for our Special Experiences team to join our growing team. This role is hybrid, requiring you to report on-site to one of the following office locations a minimum of 2 days/week: Los Angeles, San Francisco, or Las Vegas. Your Role You lead event production from beginning to end, covering discovery, design, development, delivery, post-event reporting, and budget reconciliation. You actively oversee the entire project, budget, and timeline, which includes managing event logistics, finances, fabrication, production schedules, vendor interactions, and creative deliverables. You serve as a primary point of contact for the client, managing the client relationship effectively.…
