About this role

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to: Handle incoming calls and deal with or direct customer problems to the proper personnel or department for resolution. Provide customers with pricing, availability via telephone and/or email and enter orders. Work with other departments on a daily basis to ensure that deliveries, pricing and questions for customers are answered in a timely manner. Obtain frequently required information for customers in a timely manner. Establish a rapport with the decision makers within their major accounts. Responsible to maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Requires regular attendance per the schedule assigned by the supervisor.…
