Summary: The Global Product Specification Manager (GPSM) manages factory-direct relationships with Engineering Design Firms, EPCs & key end users for VOC, market & program development purposes. The GPSM harnesses the power of data trend analysis to identify key product gaps (and proactive plans to fill them) in key markets worldwide, while structuring NPI projects to align with the Signet Global Product Roadmap. The GPSM is a strategic leader, relationship – builder, and sales enabler who is equally comfortable in conversation with engineers and sales professionals.
