About this role
Essential Duties & Responsibilities: ▪ Lead all site quality functions including Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, NPI/NPD Quality and Compliance activities, serving as the primary point of contact for all quality matters at the site. ▪ Drive quality performance improvements by analyzing key metrics, leading root cause investigations, implementing corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and reducing customer complaints, nonconformances, scrap, and cost of poor quality. ▪ Ensure ongoing compliance with ISO 9/14/45001, environmental requirements, customer specifications, corporate standards, and applicable regulatory requirements through audits, management reviews, and quality system effectiveness.…
