Qualifications: - Vietnam qualified - Good command of English (including drafting and negotiation) - Over 5 years Post-Qualified Experience with preference for relevant experience in M&A, Real Estate, Construction, Infrastructure, Finance and/or general corporate law. - At least 5 years experience in a law firm. - University (LL.B) or higher level degree Key Tasks: - Working independently (under supervision of partners) to provide legal advice to clients; - Performing due diligence, reviewing, drafting and negotiating transaction agreements (SPA, SSA, SHA, Charter, etc.), financial agreements (loan, credit facility, etc.) and other necessary documents/agreements in English upon instruction by clients/partners.…
