About this role
Your job Get-e is looking for an experienced People Operations & Compliance Specialist to help build reliable people operations for our Manila hub. You will manage the core employee journey, from recruitment and onboarding through to attendance, payroll administration, benefits, compliance, and offboarding. You will work closely with Manila leaders and the People, Culture & Organisation (PCO) team in the Netherlands. PCO retains global policy ownership. You will localize and implement those policies for the Philippines, making sure they meet local requirements and work in practice for the Manila team.…
