About this role

Nous recrutons un(e) Agent Customer Care & Border Services en CDD (4 mois minimum) pour rejoindre une équipe engagée et orientée service. Mission principale : Assurer un accompagnement client de qualité sur toutes les problématiques liées aux formalités douanières et frontières, en garantissant la conformité réglementaire et la fluidité des opérations transfrontalières. Responsabilités principales : Répondre aux demandes des clients concernant les formalités douanières & frontières (import, export, ENS, GMR, ELO). Vérifier la conformité des documents douaniers (factures, déclarations, certificats d’origine, etc.). Assurer le suivi des dossiers en lien avec les transitaires, transporteurs et services douaniers.…
