As a People & Culture Business Partner , you will be the trusted partner for our leaders, helping them navigate people challenges while fostering a healthy, high-performing culture. Your role will focus on partnering with leaders on employee relations, difficult conversations, conflict resolution, and organizational topics. You combine empathy with business acumen, balancing the needs of our getolis with the goals of the business. You enjoy building strong relationships, communicating with clarity, and creating structure through consistent processes.
